Position Overview

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to make our customers look like total rock stars. Integrate IQ is on the hunt for a dynamic, service-driven Account Manager to join our team. If you’re someone who thrives on helping others succeed, loves taking on new challenges, and has some HubSpot knowledge under your belt, this could be your dream job!

You’ll be the superhero behind the scenes, helping clients get the most out of their investment in HubSpot and our custom integrations. You’ll also wear your detective hat, hunting down new leads, qualifying them, and showing them how we can help solve real business problems. You’re a self-starter who can work your magic without needing to be micromanaged—but you’re also all about teamwork and collaboration.

HubSpot? You know the drill. Workflows, reports, email templates—yeah, you’ve got that covered. You’re not just using HubSpot, you’re leveraging it to make your clients’ lives easier and their businesses stronger. Plus, you’ll be teaming up with an Account Executive and a CEO who have scaled multiple SaaS companies. We’re talking a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you level up in this role.

What You’ll Need

  • 3-5 years of account management experience
  • 2+ years of experience using HubSpot
  • Contributes to overall company culture with a team-first attitude
  • Gets stuff done and outperforms your goals
  • Consistently practices strong organizational, communication, project management and problem solving skills
  • Strong customer and team focus – promoting customer satisfaction, resolution, and loyalty
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and oral presentation
  • Ability to work independently

What You’ll Do

  • Acts as the primary client contact and establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel
  • Proactively reviews client’s HubSpot portals to identify and make optimizations
  • Coordinates the involvement of Integrate IQ staff in order to exceed account performance objectives and client expectations
  • Meets targets for qualified lead generation and strategic objectives
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process with key clients that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical quarterly milestones
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client’s needs on an ongoing basis
  • Suggests solutions and innovative ideas to meet client’s needs
  • Handles complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Monitors sales performance metrics
  • Prepares and delivers sales and operational training
