Full Stack Developer
Position Overview
Do you want to work with a passionate, innovative team?
At Integrate IQ, we’re committed to uncovering new and creative ways to help our customers get more out of their systems—particularly HubSpot—so they can work smarter and more efficiently. We’re a collaborative, dynamic group who support and trust each other, always striving for transparency to create a fun, thriving environment. We push boundaries, learn from one another, and remove hurdles others find insurmountable.
About the Role
As a Full Stack Developer at Integrate IQ, you’ll build and maintain integrations that connect a variety of platforms—often including HubSpot—to other systems. You’ll work closely with more experienced developers, honing your technical skills and exploring new frameworks and tools. This is a role where you’ll be encouraged to grow professionally, ask questions, and experiment with solutions that bring tangible value to our clients. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to sharpen your analytical thinking, improve your coding practices, and deepen your understanding of complex integration ecosystems.
About You
- Education & Experience: You have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in full stack development, with an emphasis on data integration.
- Technical Skills: You’re comfortable working with APIs, web data, and systems architecture. You have experience with JavaScript, Python, C#, and .NET, as well as databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL. Familiarity with HubSpot and tools like Tray.io, Prismatic, Mulesoft, or Workato.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: You enjoy tackling new challenges, learning from setbacks, and devising solutions that improve workflows. Your curiosity drives you to explore multiple avenues for each problem you encounter.
- Communication & Teamwork: You thrive in a collaborative setting, value open communication, and are eager to learn from your peers. You’re able to explain your work to others, regardless of their technical background, and welcome constructive feedback as an opportunity to grow.
- Adaptability & Drive: You stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices. You look forward to advancing your technical skills and knowledge with each new project.
What You’ll Do
- Create & Integrate: Develop and maintain reliable integrations via APIs, webhooks, SFTP, ODBC, and data exports/imports to connect HubSpot with other platforms.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with project managers, account managers, and senior developers to translate business goals into technical requirements. You’ll engage with team members to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
- Learn & Grow: Continuously build your skill set by exploring new tools and staying current with industry best practices. You’ll receive guidance and feedback from senior colleagues, helping you steadily improve your craft.
- Contribute & Refine: Support internal SaaS applications and contracted client projects. You’ll have the chance to refine existing integrations and experiment with creative problem-solving approaches that set Integrate IQ apart.

Our Values
A key part of finding a candidate that fits our team is how they align with our values. These five values are not just platitudes or posters (virtually) hanging on a wall. Instead, this list explains how we behave, what we promise to those we serve and to each other.
We work hard so others never think twice of sharing access to their data AND strategies.
We believe being grateful and graceful must be expressed to others.
We execute faster than anyone. You will not believe it when you see it.
We may be technically focused, but humor and sometimes silliness is present in all our interactions.
We are wired to find a way to say yes in an industry where customers are told no or charged constant fees.
