However, there was a critical gap between Encompass and HubSpot, their marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) platform. We engineered a robust API-based integration that automatically syncs data from Encompass directly into HubSpot Contacts and Deals when the loan date is known in Encompass. Using Encompass loan milestones, we set up HubSpot automation to sort loan records by stage and pipeline depending on the loan borrower’s milestone status. This enabled all information to seamlessly sync to HubSpot while allowing the Quaint Oak team the ability to make updates on milestone qualifications for HubSpot deal stages without the need for integration modifications. This powerful integration even handles a range of custom properties, ensuring a comprehensive transfer of information.
