Folk API Capabilities for HubSpot Integration
Folk’s REST API covers Contacts (create, read, update, search), Groups (add and remove contacts, list members), and Notes (create notes on contacts). Folk uses standard REST with API key authentication. Folk does not currently support outbound webhooks for contact changes, which means the Folk-to-HubSpot direction uses scheduled polling (5-10 minute intervals) while HubSpot-to-Folk runs on HubSpot webhooks and is near-real-time. For most teams, a 5-10 minute polling interval is operationally acceptable for deal-close signals flowing from HubSpot to Folk.
